All orders required for a NEXT DAY delivery must be received by Balloons UK before 2pm Monday to Thursday. All orders received by Balloons UK after 2pm Thursday and before 2pm Friday should be delivered Monday. All orders received at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday. Working days are Monday to Friday, they do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank or Public Holidays however Royal Mail reserve the right to deliver your order on a non-working day, subject to capacity, Balloons UK have no control over this.
If you do not require a NEXT DAY delivery the above guidelines still apply.
All balloons shipped will need to be signed for upon delivery, if no one is home a card will be left by Royal Mail stating where the goods may be collected.
Balloons UK will not be held liable for late delivery of goods due to holiday, industrial action or any other incident outside their control.
Balloons that arrive damaged or deflated must be reported within 5 working days for replacement or refund. (In cold air, your balloon could appear deflated; when warmed up, it will fill out again. Avoid exposing your balloon to extreme heat as this could cause it to burst).
If your chosen balloon is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar design.
