Delivery Service

Deliveries are made on business days (Monday - Friday) between 9:00am and 5:30pm.
We can deliver on saturdays and to Northern Ireland for an extra cost of £15.00.
Gifts despatched via Royal Mail are sent 1st Class and aimed at next day delivery, all other gifts are despatched via CityLink guaranteed next day delivery within the UK.
Our delivery charge applies to each separate mainland UK address and we guarantee to deliver your gift the next working day (except for gifts sent by Royal Mail) or on the date you specify.*
*This excludes the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Channel Island. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses and always require a contact telephone number for the recipient in the event of delivery queries. In the event of no-one being at the address to accept delivery, the courier will leave a card to inform the recipient how they can re-arrange delivery or collect their parcel from a local depot. We accept no liability if delivery is not made on a requested date due to the recipient not being available. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. We advise that if you are unsure of the address you should check it using the Royal Mail address and postcode finder.

International Orders

Gifts can be supplied to International destinations, although local restrictions and higher delivery charges may/will apply. Please e-mail at at <info@mkn.co.uk> or telephone us on (+44) (0)121-256-1301 for further information and/or charges.

Tax Charges

We charge VAT at the current rate of 17.5% which is included in all prices where applicable. If you are eligible to reclaim this tax we can supply you with a VAT receipt on request.

Guarantee

If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Your gift is covered by our money-back guarantee of satisfaction. Please inform us of any problems within 7 working days of receipt of an order, this period commences the day after the date that the gift is received. Either call us, fax us or e-mail us for an immediate resolution to your problem. If the order is cancelled we will issue a refund within 30 days of cancellation.
Where a gift is to be returned to us for a full refund, we do not accept liability for the return carriage costs incurred. If a return is arranged, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. However, if returning faulty goods we will issue a refund for the return postage costs incurred.
A cooling-off-period gives you the right to cancel the contract within seven working days of receipt of goods. If we fail to include all the above information, the cancellation period is extended to three months.

Substitutions

Whilst every effort will be made to supply the items as specified, the contents of our gifts are subject to availability. MarketNet reserves the right to substitute items of similar or higher value, where appropriate, should the need arise.
Where there are prohibitions on food imports such as meat to certain countries (America and Australia as examples), those items will be substituted with alternative items of a similar value.

Nut Allergy Statement

All of the products supplied in our gifts are made in factories which use nuts somewhere in their recipes. Therefore we cannot guarantee that any of our products are free of nuts or nut traces.

Photography on the website

Photographs of gift packages on this site may feature props and/or accessories which are not included in the package. Packages consist of contents as listed only. Every effort is made to supply the products listed per package, but in the event of supply problems we reserve the right to substitute any item with one of a similar or higher value.
