Whisky is our national drink. We are pleased, therefore, to be able to offer you some of the best. These are whiskies which we have sourced ourselves, and we can therefore vouch for the quality! These are not the everyday, sterile, crystal-clear whiskies which you can buy in any supermarket. All of our whiskies, whether blended, vatted malts or single malts, are bottled straight from the cask, without the chill-filtering process which removes the natural proteins and oils so essential to the taste and texture of the finished product. Each cask of whisky we purchase is unlike any other - this means that you will not be able to buy whiskies like ours anywhere else- they are unique. Whisky lies close to our hearts. We are prepared to go to great lengths to find unusual whiskies for inclusion in our portfolio. Even to the extent of rigorous product testing - after all, we would not wish to sell you a product that we ourselves would not allow to pass our lips. You may therefore be absolutely certain that you are purchasing a quality product at a reasonable price.

Carn Mor NOT in a box [picture] Carn Mor is our own-label single malt bottled at 43% without chill-filtering to retain all the oils and proteins so essential to flavour. Currently we are bottling a 12 year old Tomatin single malt which has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks. Beinn a’ Cheo NOT in a box [picture] Part of our Celtic Connection range of own-label single malt whisky, Beinn a’ Cheo is from a single cask, bottled straight from the cask with only very basic filtration to remove solids. Each bottle is therefore individually authenticated and numbered. The current cask is a 13 year old Mortlach, fragrant and flowery on the nose, with excellent body. Huge on the nose and the palate.
