Carn Mor NOT in a box

Carn Mor is our own-label single malt bottled at 43% without chill-filtering to retain all the oils and proteins so essential to flavour. Currently we are bottling a 12 year old Tomatin single malt which has been matured in first-fill bourbon casks. Full-flavoured highland malt, with a smattering of peat, and that vanilla/rye aroma and flavour common to the bourbon cask.
